..DaY bY dAy..

It seems like if we the people are always in a rush to do something or get somewhere. Always panicking to see if you will make it on time to pick up your kid, make dinner, wash clothes, miss your favorite show, forget to do your homework, or in a case like this even forget to breathe. The thing is that if we would even plan our days out a week ahead we would still be in a rush one way or another. That causes stress and might even ruin the rest of your day. So what we should do is finish one thing at a time and not try to do to many things at one time because that's when everything piles up and causes you to panic and raises your stress level. If you don't finish something don't worry about it you have a whole new day ahead of you if God permits it to accomplish whatever you started and didn't finish. Take life day by day that's the best way if not you will always be in a rush.

  1. That's good advice...now I just have to figure out how to implement it heh...you're right, we're all rushing around stressed and it's hard to break the cycle.
